We are a small but faithful Lutheran church. A Lutheran is first and foremost a Christian. “Christian” is the noun and “Lutheran” becomes the adjective. Being “Lutheran” is one way of being Christian. As Lutherans, we are people-centered not in judgment, but in God’s unconditional grace through Jesus Christ. Our tradition is one of ongoing renewal and reform in the church, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are a part of a denomination called the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. This 3.3 million-member church is connected to the wider Lutheran World Federation which represents Lutheran Christians all over the world.

We fully believe in the beauty and inclusivity of LGBTQIA+ folks and women in leadership. We commit ourselves to embracing the work of anti-racism, social and economic justice, and environmental care.
